It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 10 min walk. - Resort Pool: In addition to the homes' private pool, you'll also have access to the Seacrest Lagoon pool, the largest on 30A. Other things to note: - Please note, the Seacrest Community HOA has a planned pool closure for 10/27 - 11/24 for resurfacing and improvements. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. - There are exterior cameras at the front and back of the home. - Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited. - The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest. - We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding! - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
